    Orchestrating Kids Through Classics

Field trip for third-grade students - a "tour" of the orchestra through time, exploring music from plainchant to Star Wars, with many creative flourishes along the way.

"The program was educational, information packed, fun and creative. Soon these students will have an opportunity to select an instrument through the music program -- what a wonderful introduction to an orchestra's worth of instruments and the wondrous sounds, or colors, they can create. Talk about system-wide impact and bang for your...buck!!! -Co-President, Lexington Education Foundation, sponsor
