    Interested in improving your posture, relieving back pain and moving with ease and poise? Studied worldwide for over 100 years by performers, athletes, and people with neck and back pain, the Alexander Technique is a practical educational method that teaches how to improve posture, balance and coordination and relieve pain for the long-term. This workshop will provide an overview of the AT and participants will experience firsthand how it applies to activities of daily life.
