Studied worldwide for over 100 years by performers, athletes, and people with neck and back pain, the Alexander Technique is a practical educational method that teaches how to improve posture, balance and coordination and relieve pain for the long-term. This workshop will provide an overview of the AT and participants will experience firsthand how it applies to activities of daily life.
