    Mary O'Donoghue grew up in County Clare, Ireland. Her poetry collections are Tulle and Among These Winters. Her poems have appeared widely in Irish and international periodicals and anthologies, including The New Irish Poets. Her short stories have been published in Agni, Salamander, Dublin Review, Literary Imagination, and elsewhere. Her awards include Hennessy/Sunday Tribune New Irish Writer and a writer's bursary from Massachusetts...

She is an assistant professor of English at Babson College, Massachusetts, and she lives in Boston.
