-A Victor Victrola from the Victor Talking Machine Company, circa 1908

-A pianola made by The Aeolian Company, circa 1908

WHO: The Mary Baker Eddy Library

WHAT: A new exhibition featuring musical instruments owned by Mary Baker Eddy

-A Prescott Upright Grand Piano, circa 1891

-A Victor Victrola from the Victor Talking Machine Company, circa 1908

-A pianola made by The Aeolian Company, circa 1908

WHEN: Exhibition preview: April 1-April 25 The Exhibition's official opening is April 25th The Exhibit will run through November 2009 The Mary Baker Eddy Library is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 am- 4 pm Note: The Library will be closed April 20th and May 25th

WHERE: The Mary Baker Eddy Library, 200 Massachusetts Avenue_Boston, MA 02115

WHY: The exhibition explores the importance of music in the 19th and early 20th century and its significance in the life of Mary Baker Eddy, one of the most extraordinary women of her age.

HOW: The "All in Harmony "exhibition is free to the public. Access to the internationally-renowned Mapparium® and the Quest Gallery is $6 for adults and $4 others

This is a sweet, small exhibit of music boxes, pianolas, and records collected by Mary Baker Eddy. You can listen to some of the instruments as well.
