    Jazz Week Panel Discussion and Musical Performance:

    In preparation for the 40th Anniversary of the world's first fully accredited jazz studies program, acclaimed jazz critic Bob Blumenthal will moderate a panel including Jazz Studies program founder Gunther Schuller, and prominent NEC musicians Ken Schaphorst, John McNeil, Dominique Eade, Hankus Netsky and Omar Thomas. They'll discuss the significant history of NEC's Jazz Studies Department and reflect on the state of jazz education today....

    In preparation for the 40th Anniversary of the world's first fully accredited jazz studies program, acclaimed jazz critic Bob Blumenthal will moderate a panel including Jazz Studies program founder Gunther Schuller, and prominent NEC musicians Ken Schaphorst, John McNeil, Dominique Eade, Hankus Netsky and Omar Thomas.
