How does one set a presidential table for a film about an American President? Using video clips as background, Emmy award-winning production designer Katha Seidman shares her experiences working on PBS's acclaimed "American Experience" series, The Presidents. From searching an antiques warehouse for just the right glassware to choosing the color of the First Lady's dress, Ms. Seidman's research and set design convey the look and feel of the period, making the scenes believable. The program is offered in association with the Concord Museum's special exhibition, Setting the President's Table: American Presidential China from the McNeil Americana Collection at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
