    Disney's Beauty and the Beast, the smash hit Broadway musical, will grace the stage at The Hanover Theatre from April 30 through May 2, 2010.

    This family favorite musical is based on Disney's Academy Award-winning animated feature film by the same name. This is a lush romantic Broadway musical for all generations that has won the hearts of over 35 million people worldwide.

    Disney's Beauty and the Beast is the classic story of Belle, a young woman in a provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a young prince trapped in a spell placed by an enchantress. If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end and he will be transformed to his former self. But time is running out. If the Beast does not learn his lesson soon, he and his household will be doomed for all eternity.

    This classic musical is one of the most beautiful love stories ever told. It's filled with unforgettable characters, lavish sets and costumes, and dazzling production numbers, including "Be Our Guest" and the beloved title song.
