Aziz Ansari, who is currently best known for his role as Tom Haverford on the NBC show, Parks and Recreation, began performing stand-up comedy while attending school at New York University. In 2005, he was Rolling Stone’s choice for “Hot Standup” on their annual Hot List. Aziz’s television appearances include parts on Scrubs, Flight of the Concords and Reno 911! His film credits include roles in Funny People, Observe and Report, I Love You, Man and the upcoming Judd Apatow film, Get Him to the Greek. Near the end of Aziz’s 2009 Glow In The Dark tour, he filmed a CD/DVD special for Comedy Central titled Intimate Moments for a Sensual Evening.
