    Ages 10 years and older. For many young people, the best part of playing an instrument is making music with others in a group. This session is for students interested in playing classical style music, regardless of ensemble experience. Students will hone their listening skills and develop ensemble skills such as following the leader and learning to balance parts. Students will be placed into groups by audition prior to the session (arranged individually) and will prepare music before the first meeting. Ensembles will meet for one hour, three days per week for two weeks (total of 6 hours). There will be a celebratory performance on Thursday, July 16 at 6:00pm to wrap up the session.
