Summer Wining and Dining at the BCAE

With the arrival of summer comes the gathering of friends and family for patio parties and entertaining under the stars. Join wine purchaser and former Chef de Cuisine, Brandon Child from Boston’s acclaimed French restaurant Mistral for a night of tasting, cooking, and creating light summer fare paired with sparkling white wines. Brandon takes the guess work and pretension out of food and wine pairing. Enjoy various sparkling white wines paired with local dishes including Jonah Crab Salad with Basil Vinaigrette and Lobster Risotto with Chanterelles and local Vermont Butter!
