At age 18, Dave Mason teamed up with Steve Winwood, Jim Capaldi and Chris Wood to form the legendary band Traffic -- and a year later, penned the rock anthem "Feelin' Alright." As a solo artist, Dave’s singles "Only You Know and I Know," "We Just Disagree," and his classic version of "All Along the Watchtower" became staples of rock radio. His 2004 induction to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Traffic crowns a legendary career as songwriter, guitarist and vocalist.

      I have seen Dave Mason three times in the last two years and he and his band put on an exceptional show, both old classics (Traffic and solo) and his new material from 26 Letters 12 Notes. It brings... Expand

      I have seen Dave Mason three times in the last two years and he and his band put on an exceptional show, both old classics (Traffic and solo) and his new material from 26 Letters 12 Notes. It brings back fond memories of dueling guitars and long jams which you don't see much of any more. TCAN is an incredibly intimate venue (seats about 250), so you will probably never have the opportunity to see him as up close and personal like this again. The show is sold out, but I have four tickets due to unexpected out of town plans and illness for what I paid for them- $43/each. E-mail me at dtandrews@comcast.net if you're interested. Collapse
