What better way to celebrate June than a week chock full of fresh Maryland soft shell crabs, with each chef in each dining room dreaming up specials that explore all the various possibilities of this crunchy Chesapeake crustacean. And yes, don’t fear—by popular demand, we will feature Susie’s famous Soft-Shell Crab sandwich at lunch. Lunch, Monday Club & Soiree Room dinner Selected special in the Soirée Dining Room
