It’s just plain the very best time of year to be a vegan. Since our chef, our staff, and especially our clientele, all adore vegetables prepared beautifully, these spring-into-summer dinner, offered when vegetables flourish in all their various and splendid glory, are not to miss. Steve Brand’s menu will highlight the best of vegetable and vegan fine dining—with all local farm-grown produce, artfully prepared. This time of year, our vegan dinners sell out—so reserve early. And each month has a theme, so check out Happenings on our website. Tuesday, June 22; Tuesday, July 27 & Tuesday, August 24 6:30 or throughout the evening by reservation; Soirée Dining Room Four-course vegan menu - $45 ($65 with vegan wine pairings)
