Rabbi Strassfeld, co-editor of "The Jewish Catalogs," explores his collection of Jewish food signs, menus, advertisements, and packaging. The themes of integration and separation, and assimilation and acculturation, are played out in the most basic component of life -- eating -- as demonstrated by the marketing of food to Jews in America. Part of the Paper Bridge Summer Arts Festival.
