Since our chef, our staff, and especially our clientele, all adore vegetables prepared beautifully, we continue to offer monthly vegan dinners with a high summer series in the lovely Soirée Dining Room. We wait for July and August, when vegetables flourish in all their various and splendid glory. Steve Brand’s menu will highlight the best of vegetable and vegan fine dining—with all local farm-grown produce, artfully prepared, this time of year, all from local farmers we love.
