    The Pedro duo comes to the Lily Pad with rarely-performed works such as Prokofiev's Ballade for cello and piano and Elliott Carter's cello sonata. Also included on the program are sonatas by Brahms and Prokofiev. This recital will consider how problems of balance between the instruments may have been intended by the composers. The Pedro duo is a London-based, classical chamber music ensemble with South-African pianist James Bester and native Cape Cod cellist Diana Golden.
