Bob Saget is a stand-up comedian, actor and television host from Philadelphia. He began doing comedy in 1977 and did a number of national tours. Soon after, he was cast as Danny Tanner in Full House, which became a huge success through family viewers. In 1989, Saget was cast as the host of America's Funniest Home Videos. He also hosted NBC’s game who, 1 vs. 100, which debuted in 2006. His HBO comedy special, That Ain't Right, came out on DVD in 2007. On August 17, 2008, Saget was roasted by Comedy Central in a special titled The Comedy Central Roast of Bob Saget. He has appeared in films such as Half Baked and Dumb and Dumberer and he also lent his voice to characters for Farce of the Penguins and Madagascar. In the comedy world, Saget is known for his raunchy, unabashedly vulgar stand-up routines.
