About the ArtBeat Festival The Somerville Arts Council presents one of the area’s largest and most innovative arts festivals. This year our theme is “Water.” There will be over a dozen bands; plus dance troupes, 75 craft vendors, food and water-themed activities galore, including a Pirate Parade!
