From masterpieces by Vincent van Gogh to Japanese tattoo designs and contemporary photography, the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, presents works from around the world as it hosts a FREE Community Day. Highlights include tours of the Museum’s collection, drawing in the galleries, and family art activities. Exhibitions on view include Nicholas Nixon: Family Album, Under the Skin: Tattoos in Japanese Prints, and Visiting Masterpieces: Vincent van Gogh's The Sower. MFA Summer Fridays, an outdoor cocktail party featuring live music and a cash bar (for visitors 21+) will run from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. This free community day is made possible through the support of the Highland Street Foundation.
