An African song and drum ceremony and family picnic Sunday, August 8th from 5 to 7 pm on the lawn of Calvary United Methodist Church 300 Mass Ave, East Arlington (held indoors in case of inclement weather) Families are invited to bring a picnic dinner and gather with Queen Allotey-Pappoe, a storyteller from Ghana, and local drummer Nisha Purushotham.
