"American Letterpress: The Art of Hatch Show Print"

The Boston University Art Gallery (BUAG) will present American Letterpress: The Art of Hatch Show Print, featuring the work of one of the nation’s oldest printing shops, Nashville, Tennessee’s Hatch Show Print. The exhibition illustrates the fusion of art with popular culture and music history, highlighting the uniquely American posters produced to advertise everything from vaudeville shows to Elvis Presley. The exhibition is free and open to the public.
