Gordon’s Fine Wines & Liquors is back and at it again. On September 23rd, 2010, bid farewell to summer at VinoVoyageIII, the wining and dining event of the season! As summer winds down, it’s time to say goodbye to those balmy nights, warm summer breezes and sun kissed skin. Fortunately, Gordon’s Fine Wines & Liquors is setting sail and holding an end of summer soiree before the season fades to fall. Mix and mingle aboard the luxurious Spirit of Boston (via the Seaport World Trade Center Dock) on Thursday, September 23rd at 6:30PM as Gordon’s Fine Wines & Liquors proudly presents VinoVoyage III, their ongoing wine & dine series for gastronomes and oenophiles of all levels. Begin your journey as you’re welcomed aboard the Spirit of Boston with the Sparkling Wine Reception from 6:30PM-7:00PM where you will enjoy sparkling wines and passed hors d’oeuvres in the scenic Boston Harbor. At 7:00PM the Spirit of Boston sets sail for the seven seas and dinner is served! Guests will stroll from deck to deck where numerous food stations will be offering everything from light fare to hearty dishes such as roasted prime rib and classic pastas. Choose from a selection of over 250 wines on 40+ tables to find the perfect wine pairing for your dinner, and afterwards finish your wining and dining experience with fresh chef-selected pastries. As the sun sets, the party will begin! Featuring both live Jazz and a DJ, you’ll be dancing the night away while taking in panoramic views of Boston atop the glistening water. The night will come to an end when you are returned harbor-side at 10:00PM. The all-inclusive ticket price is only $85.00 ($75 before September 1st), or you can opt for the VIP ticket for $115.00 ($105.00 before September 1st) which includes all the above, plus priority boarding and entry into the exclusive VIP area featuring live Jazz, for a private premium wine tasting (Selections TBA). Both General Admission and VIP guests can apply $50.00 of their ticket price as a credit to wine purchases of $200.00 or more at Gordon’s Fine Wines & Liquors. All wine orders may be placed on deck and picked up at one of Gordon’s Fine Wine & Liquors locations or delivered directly to your home (delivery fees applicable).
