Line Dancing: It’s fun, it’s easy... it’s exercise? Yes! Line dancing is a great way to get low-impact exercise with the added benefit of dancing to Country Western music, both old and new. Line dances are pre-set routines done without a partner. They require no particular skill, no experience, and no equipment. This class will begin with a few simple dances, and each week you will learn a new dance to help develop your skills. Individuals and groups of all ages can participate – just line up and follow the calls! Teens 14+ are welcome to all adult classes at Springstep.
