It's "Body Awareness Week" on a Vermont college campus and Phyllis, the organizer, and her partner Joyce are hosting one of the guest artists in their home: Frank, a photographer famous for his female nude portraits. His visit, however, sparks conflict for the couple and their son in this sharp and touching new play about people grasping for connection.

"Body Awareness" is a part of the Shirley, VT Plays Festival, a landmark local collaboration among SpeakEasy Stage, The Huntington Theatre Company, and Company One to present the works of breakout playwright Annie Baker.
