    Contemporary artists live in the same world you do—they hear the same news, they listen to the same speeches—and they make art in the present tense. This four-week course will highlight contemporary artists who address issues such as street culture, consumerism, and the handmade to give you a better understanding of the concerns of some of today’s artists. Discussions, multimedia presentations, and visits to our galleries will provide the foundation for this entertaining and informative course.
