    Caitlyn Perry, winner of The James Pappoutsakis 30th Annual Flute Competition will perform Sinfonische Kanzone by Sigfried Karg-Elert, Third Sonata for Flute and Piano of Philippe Gaubert, Schubert's Variationen uber Trockne Blumen (op 160), Sonatina for Flute (Piccolo) and Piano by Gunther Schuller (commissioned for this contest), and the premiere of a new work written for Ms. Perry by John Heiss.
