Sam Hunt spent two years cooking with celebrity restauratuer Barbara Lynch of No. 9 Park, B. & G. Oysters and The Butcher Shop. Sam is now Executive Chef at Indigo Bistro in Hamilton.
This fall, Sam will tantalize taste-buds with two different, sumptuous meals served in the 1793 Carriage House using local ingredients including some from our farm. Dinners are held Sept 23 and Oct 14.
