HalloweenFest - Boston’s best Halloween event for families with young kids! Kids will enjoy face painting, pumpkin decorating, and costumed characters all weekend! PLUS PRU BOO trick-or-treating from 11AM-1PM on Sunday only. Parents will also enjoy lots of great shopping deals throughout the Shops at Prudential Center.
