    Stoneham Theatre presents The Turn of the Screw; directed by Caitlin Lowans; written by Jeffrey Hatcher, from the story by Henry James; featuring Molly Schreiber & Ryan Landry.

    Charmed by a handsome man of business, an eager governess is hired to care for his two orphaned wards. His only request: “Never trouble me. Never.” As unexpected occurrences turn sinister and ghostly visions intrude, she vows to protect the children at all costs.

          Very good story and earnest acting. However, but it was very difficult to get used to seeing an adult man playing an older female housekeeper. At times, I had to hold back chuckles. Also felt like... Expand

          Very strange and very spooky. It was funny too, which I really liked. Both actors were perfect. The set left a little to be desired but the performances made up for it. Let's here it for Stoneham... Expand
