    A Program of early Romantic masterpieces masterpieces for solo and choral voices by Mendelssohn and Schubert--composers who rejoiced in the human voice.

    The Boston Cecilia opens the season with the wonderful tenor William Hite, singing beautiful and moving works by two spear carriers of the Romantic movement--Mendelssohn and Schubert.
