Sabor y Memoria is a seven song, multi-media suite for Latin ensemble and string quartet all about food. The songs explore issues of identity, immigration, nostalgia, the joy of cooking, hunger, and of course, chocolate! Huge, sumptuous food-related photos are projected above the musicians, expanding on the stories told by the music.
