Environmental Benefits and Impacts of Aquaculture and Relevance to the North Shore Lecturer: Dr. Joe Buttner Dr. Joe Buttner is an Associate Professor of Biology at Salem State University. He is a AFS Certified Fisheries Scientist with an aquaculture specialization. His research and extension efforts target freshwater and marine organisms.
