Soar over the Outback's infinite desert, scale the sacred red rock, and sidle up to Australia's most reclusive creatures in a spellbinding film that explores this fascinating island continent.

Renowned for its unique animals and rugged, unspoiled wilderness, Australia offers an exotic adventure most people will never experience first hand. Its signature creatures exist nowhere else on the planet. Koala families perch in eucalyptus trees, kangaroos gather at watering holes, platypuses dig streamside burrows, dingoes roam the open desert. Learn how these close relatives of prehistoric beings have remained essentially unchanged in a land virtually untouched by time.

Australia: Land Beyond Time was produced by Living Pictures Party, Ltd., in collaboration with the Houston Museum of Natural Science; the Museum of Science, Boston; Cincinnati Museum Center; and Museum of Victoria (Australia).
