    Shen Yun Performing arts is the world’s premier Chinese dance and music company. Its productions are unmatched in their color, movement, depth, and poignancy. A collaboration of leading artists, Shen Yun seeks to breathe new life into traditional Chinese culture and to provide an experience of sublime beauty.     Based in new York, Shen Yun is a nonprofit organization that is independent of China’s communist regime. It seeks to revive the true, five-millennia-old artistic tradition of China that thrived before decades of suppression by the Chinese communist state. the company’s rich repertory is drawn from the pages of history, universal themes, and the world around us. Each year, Shen Yun produces an entirely new program of dances, songs, and musical scores.
