Tuesday, November 9, 6 pm Jackson Homestead EXHIBITION OPENING, MAPPING A newTOWN: 1688-1874 Join Historic Newton for some food and drink in celebration of our newest exhibit at the Jackson Homestead and Museum! Newton takes shape on rare maps and is seen in prints, photographs, and a fine landscape painting, The Great Curve on the Boston and Worcester Railroad at Newton Lower Falls, on loan from a private collection. Explore our new exhibit and find out what surrounded landmarks in the past! Free.
