    MWS Band Concert: The Lord of the Rings

    This concert will open with John Heins' Metropolitan Fanfare. Also on the program are The Billboard March, Guy Woolfenden's beautiful Illyrian Dances, and Percy Grainger's classic Molly on the Shore. MWS Board President and founding member Leslie Hansen will guest conduct Leonard Bernstein's Danzon. The entire second half of the program will be devoted to Johan de Meij's majestic Symphony No. 1: The Lord of the Rings. It is a special opportunity...
