50 person chorale of families (all ages) sing folk songs that are both deep and fun, new and familiar. We will explore the concept of world harmony as envisioned here in the US in the music of Bob Marley (One Love), John Lennon (Imagine) and U2 (One), as well as tunes from Latin America, Africa, Asia, ad the Middle East (Jewish Arab Peace Song). Rosi and Brian Amador, leaders of Boston's award-winning Pan-Latin ensemble, Sol y Canto, are featured guests. We will also be joined on stages by Mailka, a troupe of traditional African dancers.
