Little Women: The Broadway Musical (*Area Premiere*)

This holiday season, the 2005 Broadway musical adaptation of “Concord’s most famous novel” makes its area premiere in its historic birthplace! This gorgeous musical adaptation of Louisa May Alcott’s classic novel is written by Alan Knee with a beautiful score by Jason Howland and Mindi Dickstein. It premiered on Broadway in 2005, starring Tony Award winner Sutton Foster as Jo and pop singer Maureen McGovern as Marmee.
The production is directed by Lenni Kmiec, with music direction by Craig Spaner, stunning period costumes by Rachelle Vachon, and scenery and lighting by Collin McGeary. It will be performed by ages 16-23, and the talented cast hails from all over the Greater Boston area. This production also coincides with Concord's 375th Anniversary, making it an historic event!
