November 12, 2010
Add Review/CommentMassArt’s Dynamic Media Institute (DMI) with MassArt’s Studio for Interrelated Media (SIM), Mobius Artists’ Group, and Boston University present Provocative Objects: the extradition, featuring works from 30 international artists, including immersive sound installations, interactive sculpture, and live performance. Through playful interactivity and artistic provocation, selected artists use performance and new media to transform ordinary objects and traditional artworks into experimental interfaces for communication and audience participation. The exhibition’s one-night run will close with a live performance by local rockers Stereo Soul Future, featuring current Dynamic Media Institute student Christopher Field.
