    The Abrams Brothers

    Presented by at MASS MoCA

    November 13, 2010

    The Abrams Brothers

Fourth-generation musicians who grew up playing in an atmosphere where generation-spanning musical collaborations are a deeply rooted family tradition, The Abrams Brothers play Americana/bluegrass that is both reverential of the past and bursting with vitality and the excitement of the new. Still in their teens, brothers John (guitar, vocals) and James (fiddle, vocals) and cousin Elijah (bass) perform with an intensity, virtuosity, and joy you need to see to believe. Arlo Guthrie terms the brothers, “way too young to be that good.”
