    Kumail Nanjiani

    Presented by at MASS MoCA

    February 5, 2011

    Kumail Nanjiani

Poised on the brink of ubiquity, Pakistani comedian Kumail Nanjiani has been a mainstay of the stand-up revival that has gripped Brooklyn for the last few years, touring with pals like Eugene Mirman and Zack Galifianakis. His one man show Unpronounceable had a critically acclaimed run and he’s since been featured on Saturday Night Live, The Late Show with David Letterman, Comedy Central’s beloved Michael and Michael Have Issues, and as a prisoner being held under Stephen Colbert’s desk on the Colbert Report. We’ve caught him in the sweet spot on his trajectory from underground sensation and comedy giant.
