Bait & Switch, San Francisco bassist Lisa Mezzacappa's garage jazz quartet, funnels rowdy collectivity into finely-honed compositions steeped in free jazz abandon, avant-Caribbean groove and garage rock attitude. Bait & Switch tours the East Coast this November for the first time, in support of the band's debut CD on the Lisbon, Portugal-based label Clean Feed Records.
