Studying with Paul Rand at Yale University, Cooper worked initially with advertising agencies in New York and Los Angeles before raising the bar creatively with movie titles. Specializing in crafting title sequences—the short introductions and closings to films, television and video games—Cooper’s work is unparalleled. He has designed the lead-in to over 150 films, including Se7en, The Island of Dr. Moreau, Mission Impossible, and Spider-Man I and II.
