    Dr. Mekko is made up of current and former Bain & Company employees from all parts of the Boston-based organization, including Tom Springer, partner; Matt Waterbury, manager; Chris Bednar, global records manager and Berklee alumnus; Sam Smith, IT applications developer; Ben Olds, now director of global talent management at Monitor; and Tara Fitzpatrick, currently executive assistant at New England Quality Care Alliance. Dr. Mekko performs covers ranging from country/rock to current pop.
