    Utar Dundarartun is a composer, arranger, film scorer, and pianist from Turkey. He began his first musical education with classical percussion and graduated from Percussion Department of Hacettepe University State Conservatory. He has been studying film scoring and jazz composition at Berklee as a scholarship student since the fall of 2009. Dundarartun has performed in several festivals in Turkey, including the 12th International Ankara Jazz Festival, seventh Eskisehir Jazz Festival, International Ankara Music Festival, and International Bursa Music Festival. He has also composed and arranged over 30 pieces for symphony orchestra, as well as more than 50 pieces for brass bands and big bands. Featured on various studio albums as a piano player, arranger, and drummer, Dundarartun is currently recording an album with his own band, Betone, featuring original pieces.

    Lihi Haruvi is a saxophone player from Israel. She picked up the saxophone at the age of 10, and has received the Olpana, America-Israel Cultural Foundation, and Tel Aviv Conservatory scholarships. While in high school Haruvi was invited to attend Berklee's Summer Jazz Workshop, led by Terri Lyne Carrington and Rick DiMuzio, on a full scholarship. As a lead alto, soloist, and official arranger for the Army Orchestra, she performed and represented Israel around the world. Currently she is majoring in jazz performance and film scoring at Berklee on a full scholarship, studying with Hal Crook, George Garzone, Tiger Okoshi, Greg Osby, Skip Smith, Ed Tomassi, and many more.
