On Monday, December 6, at 7 p.m. author Stephen Prothero will visit Hingham Public Library to introduce his latest book, God Is Not One: The Eight Rival Religions that Run the World – And Why Their Differences Matter.
Religion is arguably the single greatest influence on human thought and action. Stephen Prothero theorizes that claiming all religions are the same is a failure to understand that each of the great religious traditions attempts to solve a different human problem.
