Rebecca Gilman's THE SWEETEST SWING IN BASEBALL is a comedy about an artist, Dana Fielding, who is on the brink of disaster after a series of professional and personal failures. While in a psychiatric hospital, she begins to put back the pieces of her life in the most unusual way possible: she enlists the help of both her fellow patients and the man with "the sweetest swing in baseball" to rediscover her artistic voice!

This comedy is very funny with lots of laughs. I love the surprise ending. Sweetest Swing is a very entertaining commentary on life. AFD Theatre is a great find-high quality suburban Boston theater.
