Neon artwork designed by you, and built by you. Integrate it into your chosen media, or enjoy it for it’s own glowing beauty. No other lighting technology has quite the same old school feel as neon.

The 6SMITH introduction to neon intensive workshop provides training in the fabrication of custom neon designs. The only prerequisite is a love for making things.
You’ll leave the class with your own neon creation made by you. Through intensive hands-on training, you’ll have confidence and a thorough understanding of the neon lab equipment, and will be licensed to use the lab for future use. Creating future projects will be a breeze.
This class meets twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings for five weeks. All supplies are included in the material fee, including practice and project tubing, gasses, electrodes and transformers.
