Tired of bone-chilling winds and slushy sidewalks? Come visit The Tropical Forest at the Franklin Park Zoo where it’s always 72 degrees and buzzing with wildlife!
During the frosty winter months of January and February, join us in The Tropical Forest every weekend for story time and biofacts!
Saturdays & Sundays
Story time: 11:30 am
Biofacts: 1:30 pm
The Tropical Forest is home to Kiki, her new baby, and the rest of her gorilla family, as well as numerous free-flight tropical birds, ocelots, pottos, mandrills, tapirs, ring-tailed lemurs, a warthog and a pygmy hippopotamus.
