    Sixteen-year-old Edgar Chocoy pleaded with a U.S. court not to deport him to Guatemala. “If I go back, they’ll kill me.” This true story, crafted from immigration court transcripts, interviews and letters reveals the story of the case that challenged the conscience of a nation. "De Novo" chronicles the gripping true story of Edgar and other undocumented youth. Presented by New York City's innovative Houses on the Moon Theater Company, "De Novo" is making its Boston premiere on Wednesday, February 9. There will be a post-show discussion with the creative team and immigration experts. Cosponsors: New England Law | Boston's Center for Law and Social Responsibility, and the Immigration Law Association.
